Holiday Recipes!

CROCKPOT OATMEAL - when you want something easy but special for a holiday morning!

1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
2 cups milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
˝ teaspoon cinnamon
1 can apple pie filling (chop apples into smaller pieces by pounding with wisk)
˝ cup raisins, craisins, or dates
˝ cup chopped almonds or walnuts

Spray inside of crockpot with Pam. Mix all ingredients together and put into crockpot. Cook on low overnight. Stir before serving with milk. Serves about 4.

RANCH PARTY MIX - always a hit!

1 bottle Orville Redenbacher popping oil
1 package dry ranch dressing
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Mix ingredients above together and pour over:
1 box Ranch Munch’ems
1 box Ranch Air Crisps
2 bags Garlic Bagel crisps
1 box Crispix cereal
1 box cheese-flavored Snacks Stix
1 cup nuts (optional)

Stir to coat well in large roaster
pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
