Sentencing Commission Issues Emergency Amendment
In October the United States Sentencing Commission issued an emergency amendment to
the 2002 Sentencing Commission Guidelines Manual. The amendment was issued in response
to the Congressional directive in Section 401M of the PROTECT Act, P.L. No. 108-21. If

The emergency amendment will be included in the 2003 Sentencing Commission Guidelines
