Fargo Branch Librarian Receives Spirit Award
Suzanne Morrison, our
Fargo Branch Librarian, has
been chosen as the 2007
recipient of the "Spirit of
Law Librarianship" award for her work with
ABA/Central and Eastern European Law
Initiative, USAID, and various other community
activities.
The award is intended to give special recognition
to individual librarians who demonstrate, through
activities outside their professional position, a
passion for service to society. The award was
created by Roy Mersky, Law Librarian at the
University of Texas Law Library, and Rich
Leiter, Law Librarian at the University of
Nebraska Law Library, in lieu of royalties from
their book The Spirit of Law Librarianship.
