Circuit Judge Heaney Hears Last Argument

After 40 years on the bench, Circuit Judge Gerald W. Heaney heard his last argument on Friday, June 16, 2006. To honor the occasion, he installed a World War II American Flag on the bench. Joining him for his last panel was Judge Lavenski Smith and Judge Raymond Gruender.
