Justice O'Connor Visits 8th Circuit

O’Connor was in St. Louis
on February 12th and 13th to
participate on some 8th
Circuit appellate panels.
Two of the cases she heard have drawn national
attention. One involves a Missouri election law
and the other is about the intermingling of
private faith-based programs and government.
Chief Judge James Loken extended an invitation
to Justice O’Connor last year, and she agreed to
come in February. She recently visited the 2nd
and 9th Circuits as well.
